送料精度：

依回轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)及送料長度而有所不同，一般其精度在0.05mm

若是導(dǎo)銷作定位時(shí)，更可得±0.01mm的精度。

Depends on feed length of stock and stroke of press,the general accuracy is within ±0.05mm.And can be better up to±0.01mm by pilot pin with automatic stop system

型式：

單式：適用于卷料（厚度0.15mm以上）

單制品或連續(xù)沖制品時(shí)用之。

Single type:for cutting stock at certain length of coiling back the finished products.

復(fù)式：適用于卷料（厚度0.15mm以下）

短尺材料，單制品或連續(xù)沖制品時(shí)用之。

Double type:for there is any stuff left after stamping,and for short of thin stock.

結(jié)構(gòu)上之四大特點(diǎn)：

1、          單向軸承

One way clutch

l  嵌有超硬合金，并配合滾柱軸承，具耐磨性、安定性、精度高、壽命長。

Made of tungsten carbide steel on the contacting surface to keep rigidity,precision and durability.

l  齒輪經(jīng)過熱齒輪HRC60°再精密研磨、傳動(dòng)精度高。

The gear is hardened to HRC60°and ground to the best transmission accuracy.

2、          滾輪

Roller

l  采用中空式、重量輕、回轉(zhuǎn)慣性小，可即時(shí)停止，確保送料精度。

High feed accuracy at exact positioning with hollw roller of less weight,and lower inertia.

l  經(jīng)熱處理HRC60°鍍硬鉻再研磨，硬度高、耐磨性優(yōu)、壽命長。

Hard chrome plated heat treated to HRC60°and ground for the best rigidity and durability.

3、          碟式剎車（一般剎車裝置）

l  采用高級(jí)離合器來令片，兩面完全接觸，壽命長、穩(wěn)定性佳、精度高。

4、          逆向裝置

The Anti-reversing Device

1)       構(gòu)造和單向裝置一樣，能相當(dāng)精確的控制下輪，長時(shí)間使用亦不會(huì)使下輪有絲毫的倒退現(xiàn)象，穩(wěn)定性和精度相當(dāng)高。

The structure issame as the one way clutch,lt can precisely control the lower roller which will not reverse even for long time used as it is high in stability and precision

2)       不會(huì)因?yàn)闆_壓時(shí)所濺出的殘油，而使剎車失靈產(chǎn)生下輪倒轉(zhuǎn)，送距不準(zhǔn)之現(xiàn)象。

The brakes will not out of control by the splashed waste oil when it is punching such cause the lower roller to reverse, and transfer distance unprecise.

3)       不易產(chǎn)生高熱。

Lt will not cause high heat.

4)       附有超硬合金和滾柱，不易磨損。

Super hard alloy and rolling post have used.They are not easy to wear out.

5)       動(dòng)作方式為滾柱作圓周運(yùn)動(dòng)，而不是如4根導(dǎo)柱的直線運(yùn)動(dòng)，因此不會(huì)有咬死現(xiàn)象。

The acting form of the rolling posts is by circular movement,not like the four guided posts in straight line moving, so it will not stuck.

6)       摩擦力小，所需的傳動(dòng)扭力相對(duì)減少，傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)較不易損壞。

As less friction it will accursed,so the torsion it need will correspondingly reduced.And the transfer structure will not easy wear out.

7)       若有逆向裝置的配備時(shí)速可達(dá)30米/分，一般為20米/分，提高50%的效率。

Speed can be reached to 30M/min if the Anti-reversing device is fitted,ln general it is 20M/min.Effciency has been increased about 50%

8)       特殊結(jié)構(gòu)，增加了使用壽命。

注：每種機(jī)型，一般剎車裝置均為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配備。若本機(jī)另有逆向裝置時(shí)，一般剎車裝置為鋪助用，即雙重剎車系統(tǒng)。

Note:Each type,in general the standard equipument is one way clutch fitted if Anti-reversing device has been provided,Then the general one way clutch is used for auxiliary function.That is to say the double braking system.
