2. 百螢 鈣紫綠素500 CytoCalcein 405nm激發(fā)簡(jiǎn)介及作用
鈣紫綠素500 CytoCalcein 405nm激發(fā) 是美國(guó)AAT Bioquest生產(chǎn)的細(xì)胞活力測(cè)定 試劑,CytoCalcein Violet 500設(shè)計(jì)用于以與鈣黃綠素AM相同的方式標(biāo)記活細(xì)胞。它具有在405 nm處的最大激發(fā),與流式細(xì)胞儀的紫色激光線完全匹配,也可以用熒光顯微鏡的激發(fā)源很好地激發(fā)。進(jìn)入活細(xì)胞后,弱熒光的CytoCalcein Violet 500水解為強(qiáng)熒光染料,其最大激發(fā)/發(fā)射波長(zhǎng)為405 nm / 500 nm。與典型的FACS熒光團(tuán)的出色光譜分離為多重實(shí)驗(yàn)提供了更多選擇。CytoCalcein Violet 450,CytoCalcein Violet 500,CytoCalcein Blue 550和CytoCalcein Blue 600已開發(fā)用于流式細(xì)胞儀。CytoCalcein 染料顯示出與Calcein,AM類似的生物學(xué)特性。它們針對(duì)各種流式細(xì)胞儀的激發(fā)波長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,為活細(xì)胞的流式細(xì)胞術(shù)分析提供了其他顏色。CytoCalcein Violet 450和CytoCalcein Violet 500被405 nm的紫色激光充分激發(fā),并分別在450 nm和500 nm發(fā)射熒光。
